I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially for senior guests like myself. It would have been ideal if the children working there had been more attentive and proactive in attending to our needs.

I chose this hotel for attending a summit and it proved to be the ideal setting. The facilities were perfect for a seminar and team-building in the Var region. The staff was accommodating and the location provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or meeting room where I could have conducted meetings or worked in a private space.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in the Bandol area. The location is perfect, surrounded by stunning Provence nature, and just a short distance from the famous racetrack. The hotel facilities were impressive, the cleanliness impeccable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!

L'Hotel & Spa Du Castellet exceeded all my expectations, with impeccable service, a stunning location, and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and treated us like VIPs. The facilities were top-notch, from the beautifully appointed rooms to the outstanding restaurant. The proximity to the Paul Ricard circuit was a bonus for our racing weekend. I can't recommend this hotel enough for both golfers and non-golfers looking for a luxurious retreat. It truly deserves its 5-star rating.

Nestled in the heart of Provence nature, this hotel boasts a beautiful location in the Bandol area, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea from the rooms. Guests can also indulge in a relaxing spa experience complete with an array of facilities, including a magnesium pool, steam room, and salt cave. The restaurant serves delicious meals, and visitors can also head to the nearby La Goguette restaurant for a more affordable dining option.

The prices in the bar restaurant may be a bit expensive for some travelers, but the quality is top-notch.

Good food, nice view. The hotel was well located near a popular attraction and shopping mall. Although the weather was not great, we enjoyed the one night stay, especially the spa which was amazing and budget-friendly.

Our room was not ready when we arrive, and staff members were rude. We had to wait outside for almost an hour while they resolved the issue.

The location of the hotel is stunning with amazing views of the hills and vineyards. The pool area is very large and the beds are extremely comfortable. The spa was also a highlight, with a wonderful deep tissue back massage. the hotel's restaurant served exceptional food and the presentation was top-notch.

The prices for the hotel restaurant and bar were very expensive for the portion size. , there were some issues with our room, such as a clogged shower drain that flooded the bathroom, and when we checked out there were additional charges for breakfast that we did not have.

The treatment room was serene, and the massage was the best we've ever experienced. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and accommodating, and the food was delectable. The garden area was beautifully maintained and provided a serene atmosphere to relax.

The service wasn't up to our expectations. We had to request room cleaning several times, and it was often overlooked.
